If we courier your product through SA paribahan or sundarban courier and if you don’t receive that parcel, then we will refund after receiving that parcel within 10 Working days.

If any customer cancels his product on Cash on delivery, due to product wrong product or product not match with our website, or we are unable to provide any other product due to stock out reason then Trendy Tracker will refund your money by bKash or Rocket within 7 Working days, and for online refund you will within 15 Working days

4. Trendy Tracker Delivery charge depends on Product Size and Product type also. Our minimum Delivery charge inside Dhaka metro city TK 50 and Outside Dhaka metro city minimum delivery charge TK 100.

a. For Laptop – Inside Dhaka metro city TK 100 and Outside Dhaka metro city Tk 500 (Only SA Paribahan)

b. For multi-media speaker- which size is larger inside Dhaka metro Delivery charge is Tk 200 and Outside Dhaka metro city TK 500

c. For Television- Inside Dhaka metro city Tk 100 and Outside Dhaka metro city per inch 40 taka (for example: for 40inch TV delivery charge will be 40*40= TK 1600

d. For Refrigerator, AC, Gaming chair, and all kind of over weighted product delivery charge will be 100-500+.

e. For order confirmation customer have to pay 100-200 taka advance for delivery charge and security purpose. Also customer have to pay 10% advance if he/she ordered 5000+ Taka or more and also selective item to avoiding fake order or security of our products..

Refund Policy:

Trendy Tracker refund policy only applicable if we are unable to deliver product due to stock out reason or if customer receive any defective or wrong product and his ordered product is not stock in then customer can claim his refund.

For refund policy customer have to follow this rules:

1. After delivery the parcel customer need to raise complain through our call center +880 9612 556 556 (9AM-9PM) within 24hours.

2. For refund procedure product should be same condition as he received and product should be intact and have to be sealed.

3. If number 2 condition is not matched, then trendy-tracker.com will not continue refund procedure.

4. For outside courier customer should return his delivered product matched with number 2 above condition to our office delivery and receiving customer parcel we will refund customer amount with proper verification.
